Minor changes:  0.60.1
======================

Wed 18 Sep 2002. This is a point release to correct some version-numbering
problems. Specifically, 0.60 was released without properly bumping up the
version numbers of some of the shared libraries. This caused some package
managers (and some human beings) to misinterpret the extent of the changes
to their binary interfaces.

With 0.60.1, the version numbers of the shared libraries conform to libtool
standards.

Early adopters of 0.60 noticed this problem. It manifested itself with
complaints from the runtime linker about a missing "dbdead" symbol. If you are
very interested, see the mailing list archives. Look for a discussion starting
around 16 September, subject "dbdead, PHP, and Apache".

This is the *only* difference between 0.60 and 0.60.1. You can confirm this
yourself, of course, by examining the source distributions.
